Over the weekend I met up with a couple wanting to do a knock down rebuild in Coburg. The couple had purchased a property in Coburg that had a proposed planning permit for the construction of three units.Instead of going down this path and constructing the units the couple have decided to knock down the old house and rebuild an Astoria32 with a few custom design alterations to suit their family needs.
